EasyPay Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the user of the Comcast EasyPay Card (“Terms and Conditions”). Use of the EasyPay Card constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the user. Comcast reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions, or withdraw this program without further notice.

Eligible Services

The EasyPay Card may be used toward the payment of Comcast Cable residential services only, including video, internet, voice and wireless services.

Retailers

The EasyPay Card may be used at participating retail locations. For a complete list of locations, please go to www.comcasteasypay.com. Participating retail locations are subject to change without notice. Retailers are not authorized payment locations for Comcast Digital Phone. While Comcast Digital Phone payments may be accepted, same day posting to user’s Comcast account will not occur.

Retailers cannot respond to account or payment inquiries. Questions regarding your EasyPay payments should be directed to Comcast at (800) 698-0478.

Fees

Participating retail locations will charge a convenience fee of up to $2.95 at the time of payment.

Limitations

EasyPay payments may be made with cash (and credit cards in some CVS locations) in any amount between $20 and $250. Payments may take up to two banking days to post to your Comcast account. If an EasyPay payment has not posted after 2 banking days, it is the user’s responsibility to contact Comcast. Payment receipts must be retained until payment has posted to user’s Comcast account. Late payments should be made directly to Comcast to avoid possible interruption of service. All payments made using the EasyPay Card are final and non-refundable.

The EasyPay Card and website are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Comcast disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Comcast does not represent or warrant that the functions contained on the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Comcast shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the s site or the EasyPay Card.

Governing Law

The Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event that any portion of the Terms and Condtiions is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provision shall remain in full force and effect.
