What is Comcast EasyPay?

EasyPay offers Comcast customers the option of paying their monthly service bill in thousands of convenient locations across the country. With a Comcast EasyPay card, a customer can walk into any participating CVS or 7-11 to scan or swipe their card and apply a payment to their Comcast account. The customer simply provides any payment amount between $20 and $250 to the CVS or 7-11 reprentative at the point of sale after swinping or scanning the EasyPay card.

When will my payment be posted to my Comcast account?

Payments are posted to the customer’s account within 2 banking days.

Do I need my Comcast account number to pay my bill?

No. The easypay card is associated with your Comcast account number so all you need to do is carry your easypay card into a CVS or 7-11 store and your payment will be posted to your Comcast account.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, in participating CVS stores, credit cards will be accepted. 7-11 will not accept credit card payments.

Do I have to pay my entire bill?

No, you can make a payment from $20 to $250 in a single day and the amount provided will be applied to your account regardless of account balance.

What if I pay more than my current balance?

The payment amount collected at CVS or 7-11 will be sent to Comcast regardless of account balance. If the amount provided is greater than the current account balance then the overpayment will be retained on the Comcast account as a credit.

If I sign up for an easypay card can I still mail in a payment?

Yes. The easypay program is simply an additional, and more convenient, option for you to use when paying your Comcast bill. You will still be able to pay your bill using any of the standard payment options available to you currently.

Can I use my EasyPay card at all 7-11 and CVS stores?

Yes, EasyPay cards will be accepted at all 7-11 or CVS stores. To find the location nearest you, click on one of the links below and use the store locater feature on the website.


How can I verify that my payment was made?

There are 3 ways to confirm payment:

  1. At the end of the transaction you will receive a receipt from the point of sale that confirms your payment was received by 7-11 or CVS. Keep receipt for your records.
  2. Comcast customers can call Comcast customer service or go to www.comcast.com to view their account balance.
  3. Customers can call the phone number on the back of the EasyPay card to access payment information.

How do I get an easypay card?

Simply ask the Comcast Customer Account Executive to request a card for you, or call 1-800-698-0478. After you have made your request, your card will be sent to you within 10 days.

Do I need to activate my easypay card?

No, your card is ready to be used straight out of the envelope. There is no need to call and activate prior to using the card.
